Go to Tashichodzong,Thimphu ( Under Law and Order Division )
Collect Forwarding letter which will be issued by them to Royal Bhutan Police
Individual should go to Police Headquarter Reception for registration.
Next go to Crime & operations where they will screen for any criminal charges
Next complete biometric(finger print collection) +
Go to Dy Chief of Police for Security Clearance certificate – Crime & Operation
Go to Chief of Police for Security Clearance certificate – Security Clearance Section
Collect : both Security Clearance Certificates as per sample+ submit to agency
