Wangchuk Overseas Employment Agency is a govt. authorized recruitment agency in Bhutan which currently supply’s manpower in Middle East in the field of Hospitality and Retail Sales.

Established in 2015 we are a sister concern of Wangchuk Group of Companies Pvt Ltd. The company The company started out with local traditional handicraft store catering to the emerging tourism market in Bhutan. The Company has grown ever since and now is into the Hotel Industry, Inbound Travel Business, Formal Education, Skills Education & Manpower Placement.

Our objective to start the manpower placement agency has always been to empower the youth of Bhutan.

With the limited job opportunities in Bhutan due to sheer nature of the country’s economy, we feel that the youth need to explore the opportunities of the world to enable our youth to learn new skill and gain the confidence and become independent.

We firmly believe that these youth who go out into the world beyond Bhutan will come back and use their experience gained while overseas to further enrich their lives in Bhutan.

These youth can reintegrate back into Bhutanese society and economy by becoming entrepreneurs themselves or take up the many supervisory/management positions available in the Hotel & Tourism Industry.

We are currently providing opportunities only in the middle eastern countries namely Kuwait, Qatar, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Oman Bahrain. We are also exploring opportunities for our youth in other countries like Australia, America & Europe.
